In the past years, Pacific Poker has seen strong growth with as much traffic as 3,200-3,600 ring game players and 3,600-4,000 tournament players at peak hours (April, 2006). The most popular games are Texas Hold'em fixed limit tables or tournaments, but there is also pot limit and no limit games, Omaha and 7-Card-Stud available.

With flop percentages often well above 50%, partly due to a lot of inexperienced visitors from the online casino, games are generally very soft on Pacific Poker. Although it is a bit slow, its software is much better than its reputation. Unfortunately, you can only play one table at the time, but all the usual advanced buttons are in place.

The lobby is good, you can play up passed hands, and an entertaining feature is your choice of a woman or a man to do the live commentary at the table.

The rake is about average. Thanks to a low maximum rake at the low levels, the rakes are better at the really low levels as opposed to the high levels.

Great promotions are offered on Pacific Poker as well as very fast and dependable cashouts without fees over the usual channels.

Customer support gives very good response over the phone, with the option of live chat and e-mail support.
